The SRS Arca Balance is made with one purpose, to give you the lightest and sleekest option for a rail at the balance point of your rifle. Made from 7075 aluminum, we were able to add light weighting pockets while retaining strength. This rail is designed to wrap around the front action screw and mounts with two bolts in front of the recoil lug. This rail has a flat bottom. – 1.05 oz. – 3.5″ OAL – Only .250″ thick

Bought two with 10-32 fasteners. Installed one on a Savage 110 Ultralite. Had two buy two nuts at Lowes that would fit in the honey comb slots in stock. Fits and works great. Got good help by email and call from SRS.
Note that it is a flat base so may be tricky on really rounded stalks.
Now just trying to choose which rifle gets the 2nd one.

Great accessory to the rifle. Was originally hesitant to go this route. Didn’t want to drill into my new $850 McMillan stock.
Took things nice and slow and it mounted perfectly.
Mounts to my BOG death grip solidly, and now I can get rid of the big heavy bulky head.
Fantastic mount, looks extremely clean on the rifle.
